I have a 2004 ES330 when a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but next I go on the subject of turns on onto highway ramps, next I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon following the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights point of view on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively additional battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried therefore far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. subsequent to I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant more or less 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model hence it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I say you will the TPS is integrated past the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: whatever else you desire the mechanic to know before I border you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the ventilate flow meter and said it was good. when I unplug it and manage the motor, the car runs rude and at 850ish. I can abandoned guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much direct in the stand-in of rpm though? I think it by yourself adjusts it approaching 1k..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. behind the MAF is plugged in later the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is as well as an intermittent popping strong coming at idle.
